AVL FTIR C50

The AVL FTIR C50™ ensures accurate and highly dynamic measurements of multiple gas components for process or stack emission monitoring. It synchronously measures all components within one gas cell, eliminating the need for time alignment. The integrated FTIR is a low-drift measurement device with longtermstable factory calibration. It only requires a zero gas adjustment before testing and does not need any operational gases or liquid nitrogen, which makes it ideal for long-period measurements in demanding applications.

The heart of the system is a compact FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared) spectrometer with a resolution of 0.5 cm-1 at a data rate of 1 Hz.

The FTIR C50 is available with an optional integrated 7” dis­play and offers intuitive and flexible operation. It can also be controlled via web-interface on a notebook or smartphone.

A wide variety of gas components and measuring ranges can be individually selected depending on the specific application needs. For environments exceeding 40 °C, an air-conditioned variant ensures reliable operation.

Integrated self-plausibility checks during and after warm-up deliver accurate, dependable measurement data.
